At the Zoo

The Zoo in Almaty is supposed to be the largest one in Kazakhstan and I've been warned to go there more than a couple of times since it is not known for being really animal-adequate.

I went there for shooting a series on film and it turned out to be an exhausting journey watching stupid children screaming like hell to get the attention of a Leopard trapped in twenty-squaremeter cage.

Zoo - a unique museum of wildlife. This place, where people come together with their relatives and friends to have a rest from city noise and daily household vanity. Live animals possess huge attractive force, probably, therefore exactly here, in zoos, city dwellers again and again open for themselves magnificence of the wild nature, admire its beauty and start to understand, how it is important to care of preservation of unique biological diversity.
